Sign up for Sorai with Google or with your email address.
Your Sorai account is you: your name, your email and your password. Your business, its stores and its team come next, in setup. Starting is free, and you can upgrade any time.
Sign up
- Open console.sorai.ai/signup.
- Choose Sign up with Google or Sign up with email.
- Finish on the sign-in page that opens. With email, you choose your password there.
You come back to the console and setup starts straight away. By signing up, you agree to Sorai's Terms and Privacy Policy; both are linked under the buttons.
Already have an account? Choose Sign in at the bottom of the page.
If you picked a plan first
If you chose a paid plan on the Sorai pricing page before signing up, the sign-up page shows it in one line: the plan, how often it bills and its price. You don't pay yet. You pay once your store is set up, and you can still start free at that point. See Set up your store.
If someone invited you
When an owner or admin invites your email address to their team, you don't go through setup. Sign up or sign in with that same address and you join their organization with the role they gave you. See Members and roles.
An email asks you to confirm an address
A store can send its alerts to more than one email address. When someone adds yours, Sorai emails you a link to confirm it. You don't need a Sorai account for this.
- Open the link in the email.
- Choose Confirm address.
Once you see Address confirmed, store alerts arrive at that address.
If the page says This link doesn't work, it was used already or a newer link replaced it. If it says This link has expired, ask the person who added your address to send a new one.
