Redirect to a media asset

GET

/v1/public/media/{id}

Answers 302 to a short-lived URL for a ready media asset, cached for an hour.

Also accepts the publishable key as ?key= instead of X-Sorai-Key, since an <img src> cannot set a header, the same accommodation POST /v1/public/events makes for navigator.sendBeacon.
